Cancelling an Order

Orders Already Dispatched

Once an order has been dispatched, we may no longer be able to cancel it.

If your order has already left our facility, you may need to wait until it has been delivered and then request a return in accordance with our Return & Refund Policy.

Refunds for Cancelled Orders

If your cancellation is approved before dispatch, any eligible payment will be refunded to the original payment method.

The time required for the refund to appear in your account may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.

Changes to an Order
